Gill is a highly experienced AMSPAR-certified Practice and Business Manager with more than 20 years’ experience across NHS and private healthcare.
She has extensive expertise in financial management, strategic development, organisational planning, HR, workforce leadership and multi-site practice management.
Gill is particularly experienced in regulatory compliance and inspection readiness, and has successfully supported healthcare organisations through start-up, registration and regulatory transition.
